SERVICE AGREEMENT
Lindini's Clean Cars
This Service Agreement is entered into by and between Lindini's Clean Cars, a sole proprietorship, and the customer for the purpose of detailing or washing the Customer's vehicle(s). By accepting services from Lindini's Clean Cars, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
Lindini's Clean Cars agrees to provide vehicle washing and detailing services to the Customer's vehicle(s) as requested. The exact scope of services will be determined based on the type of service selected by the Customer at the time of booking. PLEASE NOTE: Services we do not provide are; cleaning of the undercarriage, removal of seats, cleaning up of bodily fluids, and cleaning of the engine bay.
2. Payment Terms
a. Payment for services is due 3 days upon completion of service.
b. The Customer may choose to prepay for services, provided that the prepayment is documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
c. If payment is not made within 2 weeks of service, a late fee of $35 dollars may be assessed.
3. Pricing
The pricing for services is provided at the time of booking. Prices may be subjected to change due to how dirty the car is. Furthermore, the price cannot be cut down, and it is up to Lindini’s Clean Cars to decide whether the customer should be charged over the standard price.
4. Complaints and Refunds
a. The Customer agrees to inspect the vehicle and notify Lindini's Clean Cars of any complaints within 24 hours of the service completion.
b. If the Customer submits a complaint within 24 hours, the company will offer a free detailing service to address the issue.
c. Complaints submitted after 24 hours will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but no further detailing will be provided free of charge.
5. Refusal of Service
Lindini's Clean Cars reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that is deemed too extreme or unsafe for the detailing process. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicles with excessive dirt, hazardous conditions, or damage that could pose a risk to the health and safety of the employees or the vehicle itself. In such cases, the Customer will be informed in advance.
6. Liability and Waiver
a. The Customer acknowledges that all services are performed with reasonable care and diligence. However, Lindini's Clean Cars is not liable for any damage to the vehicle unless it is directly caused by the company’s actions during the performance of services.
b. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Lindini's Clean Cars harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the Customer's use of services, except where such damages are caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the company.
c. The Customer agrees that they are solely responsible for removing personal items, valuables, or any items that could be damaged during service.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Lindini's Clean Cars operates.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the company and the Customer regarding the services to be provided and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
9. Customer Acknowledgment By requesting and accepting services from Lindini's Clean Cars, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
